Terms of Partnership

These terms govern participation in the Melbets Agents partner program operated via melbetsagents.com. By submitting an application you accept these terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally permitted to act as a payment agent in your jurisdiction.
• All applications are reviewed; approval is at our discretion.

Commissions

Agents earn commission on processed deposits and withdrawals, up to 8% depending on monthly volume as shown in the commission calculator on this site. Commission rates and tiers may be updated with notice to active agents.

Agent responsibilities

• Process customer transactions promptly and accurately from your own agent balance.
• Keep your account credentials secure and never share them.
• Comply with applicable local laws, including anti-money-laundering rules.

Prohibited activity

• Charging customers extra fees on top of official amounts.
• Using the program for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresenting yourself as the official betting operator.

No upfront fees

Joining the program is free. We never ask applicants to pay registration fees to third parties. Any request for such payment in our name is fraudulent — report it to support@melbetsagents.com.

Termination

Either party may end the partnership at any time. Breach of these terms results in immediate removal.
